AIR is developing a unique electric aircraft (eVTOL) for the private and defense markets.
With rapid growth and traction, we have secured over 1,000 pre-orders.
Our operations are advancing rapidly with ongoing full-scale aircraft flight testing in Israel, and we will soon launch U.S. testing operations in collaboration with the United States Air Force (USAF).

We are in the process of planning and designing serial, mass-production aircraft, working with leading aerospace and automotive subcontractors and manufacturers globally.

We are hiring a Mechanical Engineer who will be responsible for the development of aircraft components and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
• Expertise designing mechanical parts and assemblies in CAD (Solidworks preferred)
• Experience leading projects successfully from requirements to production
• Ability to work independently, producing and evaluating multiple design concepts
• Expertise in structural loading and analysis (experience with FEA tools preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel (and preferably MATLAB)
• Strong understanding of aerospace standard parts, materials and manufacturing processes
• Experience coordinating and working with contractors and suppliers
• Fluent in English, with excellent presentation and communication skills

• Build and enhance, web servers, websites and analytics tools – Full Stack

• Work closely with product managers for product characterization and features definition

 Requirements:

• Computer Science Bachelor Degree
• Experience designing and programming distributed, large software systems using OOP (JAVA, C++, C# and other OOP languages)

• Willing to work flexible hours as needed
• Experience using modern web client-side tools, frameworks and methods (HTML5, JavaScript, GWT, Ember, Angular frameworks, Vue etc) – An advantage
