Kaleidoo.ai, a leading AI and Data solutions company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team.
As the Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our AI and Data projects under the guidance of the CEO.
With a minimum of 5 years of experience and a strong understanding of AI and Data, you will collaborate closely with customers, R&D, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful project delivery, maintain high-quality standards, and foster long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Collaborate with the CEO, R&D, sales, and marketing teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, aligning them with customer requirements and business goals
- Work closely with customers, establishing strong relationships, and serving as their main point of contact
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting cross-functional teamwork and communication
- Monitor and track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in AI and Data project management, applying them to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc.)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
- Deep understanding of AI and Data technologies, processes, and best practices
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation
- Excellent customer relationship management skills, with a customer-centric approach and experience working closely with customers throughout project lifecycles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and exceeding customer expectations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with adaptability to changing project requirements
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools
