Biond Biologics is an innovative clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company in the field of Immunotherapy located in the North of Israel is searching for an assistant lab manger to join our growing team.
We are looking for a full-time assistant lab manager to assist with lab management activities in the R&D laboratory as required.
The assistant lab manger will support the development activities in the R&D laboratory, as follows:
- In charge of managing equipment and materials, including ordering, receiving and inventory management
- Responsible for performing regular maintenance and handling of devices and equipment in the laboratory
- Ensuring adherence to good documentation practices by maintaining accurate logbooks and forms in the lab
- Establishing new and innovative strategies to improve the lab's work environment and techniques
- Providing support for other activities within the R&D research team as needed
Requirements:
- Qualification: B.Sc. in Biology / Life Science / Biotechnology / Health science
- Experience in laboratory research and cell culture– an advantage
- Highly motivated and creative with excellent communication skills
- Attention to details and well organized
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and in English
