As the Head of Automation and Digital Transformation, you will spearhead our journey towards a smarter, more efficient future.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing automation strategies, integrating AI tools, and leading digital transformation initiatives across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive automation and digitalization strategy aligned with the company’s goals
- AI Integration: Identify, evaluate, and implement AI tools to optimize manufacturing processes, enhance productivity, and reduce costs
- Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital transformation projects on time and within budget
- Innovation & Improvement: Continuously seek and apply new technologies to improve operational efficiency and competitive advantage
- Training & Development: Train and mentor employees on new technologies and processes to ensure successful adoption
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to drive insights and inform strategic decisions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience: Proven track record in leading automation and digital transformation projects within a manufacturing environment
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, IoT, and other relevant technologies
- Project Management: Excellent project management skills and thinking outside of the box
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
