RADCOM is seeking a Software Engineer Team Lead to establish and lead a new development team at our technology hub in Nahariya.
You will drive the development of high-performance Modern C++ protocol software for 4G and 5G cloud-native networks.

Requirements:
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in C++ software development
- 2+ years in a technical leadership or team leadership role
- Strong experience with modern C++ (C++11 and above)
- Experience with multi-threaded, high-performance systems – Advantage
- Experience developing on Linux
- Strong networking knowledge & experience with telecom EPC, 5GC, IMS protocols such as: GTP, Diameter, SIP, PFCP, HTTP/2, RTP etc.
